If for any reason you do not love your buys, we will issue store credit of purchases for the value of the merchandise up to 7 days after the purchase date or exchange your items within 7 days of order. All exchanges are final sale! Unless the item exchange was due to a damage. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Never Satisfied Boutique has the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
